Mary Beth (Murtha) Eastman, 2001, spent more than 15 years as an editor and designer for local and regional newspapers in Maryland, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. In 2017, she switched to content marketing, offering writing and editing services to major national publishers. During her four years at The BG News, Mary Beth enjoyed a variety of roles, including reporting, editing, layout, illustration, and cartooning.
