As part of the yearlong celebration of The BG News’ 100th anniversary, The BG News Alumni Society began offering a smart-looking orange T-shirt, with the 13 newspaper masthead variations used over the years on the back. When you come back to campus for Homecoming, wear it to show your pride. And if you can’t make it to campus, wear it in your community to be “Old School” again.

Designed by longtime BG News graphics guru and now retired Paul Obringer, the tee sells for $30 and $32 (2XL and 3XL), with proceeds benefiting The BG News Fund. The fund supports conference travel, contest entries and other development needs for BG News staff and newspaper equipment purchases.

You can place an order for your very own shirt in the size that you need from the new online BG News alumni storefront. This is a high-quality, two-color tee: a 50/50 cotton blend to maximize wear and minimize shrinking, while keeping it nearly wrinkle free.
